What made you want to get into fitness?
I love working out! Staying in shape and pushing my body beyond its limits keeps me going when I’ve had a tough day.
What would you say is the hardest part about becoming a personal trainer?
Fighting the lack of motivation and staying disciplined to work towards my goals.
How can people not be fooled by false fitness transformations made by trainers on social media?
Learning which platforms are 100% trustworthy based on their sources and always fact-checking! People recognize when someone isn’t authentic.
If you could travel anywhere where would you go?
Turks and Caicos, Australia and Italy. They seem like fun places to explore!
What is one form of fitness you would like to try that you haven’t tried already?
I’ve always wanted to try boxing and CrossFit. Both seem like they would push me beyond my limits.
