A rule of thumb is that if you take your body weight multiplied by 2/3 (.67) the answer will give you the amount of ounces you should drink daily. So, if you weigh 130 lbs. the amount of water you should drink daily is about 87 oz. which equals 5.5 water bottles if they’re 16 oz. water bottles.
