There’s so many Dallas Fitness Events that take place in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and we want to keep you in the know. With, group exercise classes and fitness expos there’s so many activities you can get involved in. Meet new friends and develop a fitness routine by finding a workout class that suits you.
Fit 29 hosts workout parties, which are similar to fitness bootcamps. The difference is that our fitness instructors combine total body workouts with dance. You leave our 1-hr workout parties feeling like you got your workout on, but had fun!

Virtual Pilates– Join us every Wednesday for a FREE Virtual Fitness Class at 12 P.M. To join the class, use the video links provided, which can be found on your virtual ticket. Virtual Heels Class– Join Michaela for a sultry introductory “Hot in Heels” class, that is sure to unleash your best sweat, energy, life and fitness. There are no prop, no gimmicks…just you in your heels strutting your way to the ultimate fun-fantasy-fitness experience. Lastly, this class ends with a hot dancing routine that can be kept a secret…or not!
Charity All Level Yoga Class with Battered and Beautiful– 10 A.M. Join us for yoga in the park! If you’re looking for a way to FEEL good while DOING good, then we’ve got something for you! Battered and Beautiful is hosting a DONATION BASED hour-long vinyasa flow taught by B&B’s own founder, Jenny Foster. All fitness levels are invited to participate.
Now, this class is free, but they are asking for $15 donations. Feel free to bring anything you’re able to contribute like, toiletries, hygiene products, and kitchen supplies. 100% of the T-shirt sales will be donated to victims of domestic violence.
