Former First Lady, Michelle Obama is an inspiration to women of color. Firstly, the way she supports her husband. Secondly, the way she caters to her girls. Thirdly and most importantly, the way she finds ways to practice self-care is admirable.
Fitness for women isn’t about the number on the scale or if you can run a mile with ease. Similarly, there are skinny women who’ve got unhealthy BMIs and cholesterol levels & vice versa for larger women. Furthermore, your physical fitness should be about living a healthy life mentally, physically & spiritually.
