There are so many heath & wellness events that take place in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and we want to keep you in the know. From group exercise classes to fitness expos there’s so many activities you can get involved in. Meet new friends and develop a fitness routine by finding a workout class that suits you.
Fit 29 hosts workout parties, which are similar to fitness bootcamps. The difference is that our fitness instructors combine total body workouts with dance. You leave our 1-hr parties feeling like you got your workout on, but had fun!

Boxing Class– 6-7 P.M. Every Wednesday come get an intense workout with J.Spence. Your first class is free and after that each class is $20.
Heels Cardio Dance – Downtown Dallas (This class is only offered at their Downtown Dallas location)- 6:30-7:30 P.M. Every Thursday strut your inner sexy and learn new dance moves with Cinzia Mariah. Your first class is free and drop-ins are $15
Forever Young Dance Fitness Class– 6-8 P.M. Come celebrate being ALIVE & HEALTHY with me as we dance off those unwanted calories and pounds. This class is to inspire woman that are definitely happy with themselves but want to get back in shape, women that want to have a great dance workout with no judgment while stepping out of their comfort zones, and boss women that take their health and wellness into their own hands!
